Part exchanging your watch with Luxe Watches couldn’t be easier. Once you have completed the below enquiry form telling us the make and model of your watch, we will send you an estimate. You can then send us your watch, or visit us in store. Once we have received your watch we will carry out an inspection and provide you with a final binding offer. Once you have accepted the offer we can then complete your order and dispatch your new watch.

If you part exchange your watch in store you can leave with a new watch on the same day. If you part exchange online we will confirm a day of delivery but this is typically next day delivery.

Although you don’t need to have the box and papers to sell us your watch, their absence can affect the value. However, we can still work with you to provide the best possible price even without accompanying paperwork providing we can confirm authenticity.
