Our new service centre is officially open!

We are so excited to announce that our new state-of-the art service centre is now open.

When we moved from our Buckhurst Hill boutique, we kept the building as we knew we had great plans afoot!

And now we can reveal that we are now offering a wide range of services to help watch fans preserve their modern and vintage luxury timepieces.

We have a whole team of experienced watchmakers and skilled polishers on hand there, waiting to check out your Rolex, Patek, Cartier or Richard Milles, for a host of maintenance requirements.

What we offer 

Exclusively using genuine manufacturer parts, tools, and equipment, we offer a range of services from minor adjustments and battery replacements to intricate repairs and full restorations.

Some of the services we offer include: 

Watch glass: The glass or crystal protects the elements underneath, but are exposed to the elements themselves. They can sometimes get scratched, or if you are very unfortunate, crack entirely. Whether the watch crystal is made of glass or plastic, we can replace it for you. 

Bezel replacement: The bezel holds the glass in place. With our bezel repair service, scratches and scuffs can be removed and broken/missing bezels can be replaced.

Battery replacement: Even the highest end watches have batteries that can’t last forever. This service opens up the watch to insert a brand-new battery, and reseals the watch as if it had just come out of the factory. 

In addition to individual services, we are also pleased to offer comprehensive servicing packages. These packages include regular maintenance and expert advice to ensure your timepiece remains as flawless as ever. 

We understand that luxury watches are delicate, and therefore, they require careful maintenance to prolong their lifespan and increase their value.

Services

A good luxury watch will last for generations, but they can suffer wear and tear just like anything else. We recommend you get your watch serviced approximately every five years, or repaired whenever you notice any issues. This will extend the lifespan of your timepiece.
